In early September, students from various local universities and representatives of the many ethnic groups inhabiting our country took part in The Festival of the Peoples of Russia – a vivid and meaningful event, organized by the Faculty of Law, RANEPA St. Petersburg and the Assembly of the Peoples of Russia.

The event brought together more than 25 ethnic groups, including Azerbaijanis, Armenians, Dagestanis, Kazakhs, Pomors, Russians, and Tatars, as well as representatives of the indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North of Russia.

The Festival, promoting the cultural diversity of Russia’s peoples, became more than just a date on the calendar — it served as a sincere discussion space for intercultural dialogue and experience sharing.

The event fostered interethnic trust and harmony, helped raise the level of legal awareness among young people, showing how culture and knowledge build understanding bridges — and this is the initiative that makes the academic environment truly vibrant and inclusive.
