The program trains a new generation of managers for all levels of public and municipal administration.
Graduates have comprehensive knowledge and skills in the areas of rule-making, public service provision, digitalization of public administration, control and supervision, and project management.

- Modernization of State and Municipal Administration: Global Trends and National Priorities — 2 ECTS
- Strategy in Public and Municipal Administration — 2 ECTS
- Territory Marketing in Public Administration — 2 ECTS
- Digital Technologies and Digitalization Trends in State and Municipal Administration — 1 ECTS
- Foreign Economic and Foreign Policy Activities of the State — 2 ECTS
Elective courses:
- State Management of the Quality of Life of the Population — 2 ECTS
- Internet Communications as a Tool for Increasing the Efficiency of Interaction between Government Bodies and the Population — 4 ECTS
- Ethics of State and Municipal Service — 4 ECTS
- State Policy of Harmonization of Interethnic and Interstate Cultural Differences — 4 ECTS
