RANEPA St. Petersburg management meets the Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea

On 27 February, Andrey Khlutkov, Director of RANEPA St. Petersburg, and Vladimir Shamakhov, Head of Research, welcomed Luciano Ncogo Ndong Ayecaba, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea in the Russian Federation, with the spouse.

“As an Ambassador I’m committed to building the bridge between Russia and Equatorial Guinea, and educational programs aimed at providing us independent knowledge are the most important in co-operation”, Mr. Ambassador stated.

Mr. Ndong Ayecaba shared his experience of studying in the USSR and Russia and expressed the hope that the young generation of Equatorial Guinea will also be able to benefit from a high-quality Russian education.

RANEPA St. Petersburg experience in management and public administration areas are of specific interest as well as the options to learn Russian as a foreign language and to run advanced trainings for young management professionals from Equatorial Guinea. Economic cooperation is also demanded thus young scientists could contribute when launching joint start-ups and projects.

Mr. Ndong Ayecaba confirmed his willingness to facilitate contacts between RANEPA St. Petersburg and universities of Equatorial Guinea.

Delegations of Equatorial Guinea have to visit large-scale upcoming international events — St. Petersburg International Economic Forum SPIEF’23 and the 2nd Russia-Africa Summit both hosted in St. Petersburg. Mr. Ambassador was invited to attend International Nevsky Forum and other big events of RANEPA St. Petersburg.
