NISPAcee (the Network of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration in Central and Eastern Europe) is a forum for East — East collaboration through assisting, mediating and facilitating joint research, educational and training programs and discussions between instructors, civil servants, trainers, public sector managers and politicians. The Network aspires in promoting both human capacity-building and institutional development in public administration through mutual learning and synergies. NISPAcee is primarily focused on East — East co-operation, but also aims at fostering East — West co-operation.
The Baltic Sea Region University Network (BSRUN) is an umbrella-organization aiming at facilitating and enhancing co-operation between its 26 member institutions. It was founded in 2000 and has members in 7 countries of the Baltic Sea region.

The Association is a non-profit organization representing economic universities in China and Russia. Its main aim is the establishment of a platform for educational, scientific and technological cooperation, international research projects, conferences and publications, sharing of best practices, and academic exchange.
