On October 30-31, the team of RANEPA St. Petersburg students in Customs took part and won in two student competitions which took place during the IV Regional Export Week in St. Petersburg.

On the first day, our team became the best having competed in the export project battle with 18 teams from other Russian universities. The task involved a comprehensive analysis of key stages of the Russian company’s export project: from finding a potential market and buyer to the detailed organization of the export delivery. The students brilliantly demonstrated their skills in customs clearance, logistics, and export marketing. 

On the second day, our teams became the first in international negotiations competition where they showed excellent negotiating skills and deep knowledge of cross-cultural communication.  

Our team was fascinated by the event, strong opponents and a high-level expert community. It was an excellent opportunity to upgrade skills in international business area and the winning proved a high- quality hands-on learning approach provided by RANEPA St. Petersburg.
