The Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education (Secondary School) was established in 2010 through the accession of Social Work Technical College founded in 1923 to RANEPA St. Petersburg.

The Faculty offers programs aimed at training professionals in economics and law as well as unique professionals for tailored manufacturing of prostheses and orthoses for the upper and lower limbs using modern technologies.

The faculty interacts with departments of social protection, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, centers for social services and support as well as prosthetic and orthopedic manufacturers locally and across the country.
