The 10th International Nevsky Forum served as a platform for a large-scale extension of international academic ties of the Presidential Academy. Six cooperation agreements with leading universities and research centers from different countries were signed and announced.

The signing of an agreement with the University of Banja Luka (Republic of Srpska, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina) has opened up opportunities for a fruitful collaboration in management, economics, law, sociology, and finance. Launching academic exchange as well as implementing joint projects and initiatives in the aforementioned areas are a priority.

Agreements with Shanghai Administration Institute and Heilongjiang Academy of Social Sciences will focus on research in political science, economics, public administration, and sociology, as well as academic publications and joint events.

The cooperation with the National Institute of Development Administration (Kingdom of Thailand) will encompass the fields of linguistics, customs, security, and tourism, featuring academic exchanges and research projects.

The cooperation with the Research Institute for Tourism Development under the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan will focus on the joint training and professional development of staff in tourism and hospitality, as well as expert-analytical activities within the tourism industry.

An agreement has been reached with the University of Yangon (Republic of the Union of Myanmar) regarding the academic exchanges.

The growing number of international partners is the result of step-by-step activities aimed at deepening the integration of RANEPA St. Petersburg as the largest branch — and the Presidential Academy as a whole — into the international scientific and educational landscape. New options for academic exchange and research directly facilitate RANEPA brand acknowledgment and global competitiveness.
