
24-25 May, a large-scale event – Eurasian Economic Forum — marking the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council with heads of 5 EAEU member states Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and observing states, was held in Moscow. Russia holds the 2023 presidency of EAEU.
Vladimir Shamakhov, RANEPA St. Petersburg Academic advisor, joined the session “Science and education without borders”.
Education experts, representatives of universities and ministries from EAEU countries agreed to work at creating a common educational space, including developing network educational programs aimed at addressing challenges related to the students’ and teachers’ mobility as well as to the mutual recognition of academic degrees in the Eurasian space due to improving international cooperation.
