IPA CIS adopted the laws developed by RANEPA St. Petersburg experts

On the 22nd November, RANEPA St. Petersburg teachers and students in Law participated in the 57th Plenary Meeting of the Interparliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States (IPA CIS).

A number of laws in the field of ecology, education and self-government activities have been adopted during the event. Particularly, the expert team of the Presidential Academy in St. Petersburg has developed recommendations on the dialogue between citizens and local governments aimed at addressing issues of territorial development. These documents will be forwarded to IPA CIS member parliaments to be added to local laws.

Participation in events where international legislative acts are considered give our students a unique opportunity to learn their specific features as well as document examination and adoption procedures through the practice.

Prof. Dr. Sergey Sergevnin, Dean, Faculty of Law, RANEPA St. Petersburg
