On the 27-29th November, the IV Young Scientists Congress took place on the Sirius Federal Territory, in Sochi. RANEPA St. Petersburg was represented by Elizaveta Gromova, Deputy Dean, Faculty of Economics and Finance.
The Congress, as an important part of the Decade of Science and Technology, is a major platform for the dialogue between basic and frontier science, government and real economy, and is a pathfinder for Russia’s scientific and technological development.
Over 7 000 participants from Russia and 63 countries joined the event this year. Over 500 universities including 95 from abroad took part in the Congress.
I’m very happy to have a chance to take part in such a large-scale scientific event as a representative of Presidential Academy in St. Petersburg.
The concentration of young scientist intelligence, a storehouse of brilliant and breakthrough ideas, ambitious and creative developments, project success stories and scientific discoveries charge us with energy needed for research and motivate us to personal growth and further achievements. Science is the engine of progress and research is crucial for a university to succeed.
Elizaveta Gromova, Deputy Dean, Faculty of Economics and Finance
