From December 4 to 6, the International Sustainable Development Forum SO.ZNANIE, was held in Nizhny Novgorod.
The ESG event as a platform for dialog between business and government (G2B), was attended by about 1,500 industry experts from Russia, Sri Lanka, Brazil, India, Serbia, Armenia and Belarus.
The Forum was focused on transition of the national economy to the sustainable development concept, environmental respect, conscious consumption and other current issues related to green economy.
Dr. Ekaterina Malevskaya-Malevich represented RANEPA St. Petersburg. For two years, our expert and Nadezda Kvasha, a colleague from St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, have researched in the framework of the Russian Science Foundation grant together.
I was really impressed by this event. The fact that there are so many people today are interested in sustainable development issues is encouraging.
