In the framework the international research competition ”Digital Discovery” being a part of the Eurasian Economic Youth Forum, which joins 24,000 participants from 110 countries, RANEPA St. Petersburg team went from winning the regional stage to a coveted second place in the national final.
Kristina Yemelyanova, Sofia Pankova, Maria Kozhenok, and Marina Rozhdestvenskaya, RANEPA St. Petersburg students in Law, conducted an in-depth analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Eurasian Economic Union to address one of the most crucial issues: how to clearly determine who is responsible for a defective product purchased on e-commerce markets.

The work paper included detailed proposals for improving the legislation. This practice-oriented approach is the hallmark of the Faculty of Law of the Presidential Academy in St. Petersburg.
For future lawyers, such competitions provide an invaluable training: teamwork, public speaking, and the ability to take responsibility for outcomes. These skills, in addition to a deep understanding of theory, shape competitive professionals able to analyze complex issues, propose solutions, and confidently defend their stance.

Let this silver be the launching pad for a brilliant legal career path!
