Andrey Khlutkov, director of RANEPA St. Petersburg headed the Presidential Academy delegation of experts including Vladimir Shamakhov, Head of Research and Sergey Sergevnin, Dean of the Faculty of Law.

On 11-13 May, 20 ministers of justice and heads of supreme state authorities from 34 countries attended one of the key large-scaled events in the field of law. A wide range of topical issues relevant to modern legal reality in particular covering intellectual property issues, regulatory framework for online journalism and legal support of national security in the light of current threats were discussed at the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Center in St. Petersburg.
