The Faculty of Additional Professional Education was founded in 1991 with a focus on implementing educational programs for public and municipal servants when the administrative reform was launched in Russia.
For government authorities, the Faculty develops innovative HR technologies, systems and methods for diagnostics, assessment and development of the professional potential of managers and public servants, provides training and additional professional education for public and municipal servants.
The quality of education is confirmed by the certificate of compliance with ISO 9001:2015 in the field of “Development and provision of additional professional education services on programs and advanced training for public and municipal servants, state-funded and commercial entity staff, other organizations and parties concerned.”
Tailored educational programs for top-level government officials (advanced trainings and additional education for civil servants) include personality and professional diagnostics and assessment of professional potential. Once competencies are identified for a course participant, an individual professional development path is formed. Curriculums are being constantly updated in compliance with current requirements.
To address the issues of innovative development and implementation of modern educational technologies, the Faculty works closely with RANEPA St. Petersburg divisions in charge for the educational process and innovations, as well as teachers and research teams locally and across the country.
