Hospitality Enterprise Management: Specifics of Doing Business in Russia.

This program provides a better understanding of how hospitality enterprises work in Russia and how the knowledge gained during the studying in Russia could be applied in globally.
CURRICULUM
Compulsory courses:
- Operational Management of Hospitality Enterprise – 10 ECTS
- Branding and Promotion of Hospitality Enterprise – 3 ECTS
- Cross-Cultural Communication and Service of Foreign Guests – 4 ECTS
- Economics and Yield Management of Hospitality Enterprise – 4 ECTS
- Human Resource Management in Hospitality – 3 ECTS
Elective courses (each of 3 ECTS, any 3 of them are to be opted by students):
- Behavioral Economics and Neuromarketing in Hospitality
- Event Marketing in Hospitality
- Niche Marketing in Hospitality
- Hospitality Chain Business (2 ECTS)
- Russian as foreign language
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Understanding of Russian and international hospitality industry
- Identifying the need for change in business activities and managing the development and implementation of projects aimed to improve competitiveness of a hospitality enterprise
- Solving business challenges, developing and implementing a corporate strategy and organizational development programs
- Assessing the competitive environment and developing a marketing strategy
- Management training in a located in Russia international enterprise in the hospitality industry

• level of English – B2
