The journal «Theoretical and Applied Law» is an interdisciplinary scientific and theoretical publication devoted to fundamental and applied problems in the field of jurisprudence.

The journal is a platform for the publication of lawyers specializing in theoretical research in the field of law, creates prerequisites for increasing interest in the study of the theory and history of law, the theoretical justification of the tools used in law enforcement practice, and therefore will eventually become an incentive to increase interest in law as a science and improve the quality of law-making and law enforcement activities.
