The program is aimed at training highly qualified specialists who are able to participate in the processes of preparation, adoption, implementation, evaluation and expert support of financial decisions at the level of both individual organizations and enterprises and territorial financial management bodies.

Leading experts from financial institutions are involved in teaching. Active teaching methods are used (cases, business games), handouts for lectures, electronic textbooks and presentations.

Practice-oriented character. This is expressed in the presence of four types of practices as well as in writing coursework and final qualifying work (master’s thesis) on practical examples of the activities of organizations and enterprises in the financial sector. This allows students to test their acquired knowledge in specific cases, learn to solve current and future management problems and make forecasts for organizational, industry and territorial development.
