The postgraduate program is aimed at training scientific and highly qualified scientific and pedagogical staff in various spheres of socio-political, socio-cultural and economic space (federal, regional and municipal levels), political parties and socio-political movements, regional and international organizations, the system of modern international relations; educational organizations of higher education; study of the essential, institutional, procedural and technological characteristics of the political space, features of political changes, political process subjects, technologies of political mobilization in modern conditions.
