The program is developed based on professional standards in the field of media, communications, information and communication technologies.
A unique program structure focused on training professionals in the field of media communications, media production and media management.
The program is considered to be unique due to the lack of similar educational programs being implemented at Russian universities and the fact that professionals with an appropriate knowledge and skills are highly demanded in the labor market.

Learning outcomes:
- creating and supporting media projects, including, promoting and distributing media products
- creating and managing information media resources in Internet in mass media sector
- conducting processes on creation and satisfaction of consumer demand for media products
- organizing and implementing processes of information distribution, advertising of communication products, information support of media projects, increasing the effectiveness of communications with consumers of traditional and online mass media products
- planning events on media products’ promotion and expenses on running these events
- developing and implementing marketing strategies and strategies of marketing communications mix in mass media
- analyzing big data using modern information and communication technologies and communication tools
- developing and implementing a general concept and planning editorial activities etc.
