The program is aimed at training civil servants, experts, analysts and political journalists, proficient in 2 foreign languages, competitive on the Russian and global labor market.

During first 2 years of study students gain basic knowledge and skills in sociology, politics, international relations and application of rights. In the 3rd year of study students choose one of two programs «Public Policy and Administration: the World’s Best Practices» or «Political Institutions and Processes in the Modern World» and graduate with this specialization.
